REFUND POLICY: If the property can be re-booked for the time period of the cancelled booking, the full amount paid is returned less $150 service charge. If the property cannot be rebooked, there is no refund. We strongly recommend travel insurance. The London Connection will work with you on a case-by-case basis in the event of a cancellation. We also offer cancellation insurance for 6.5% of the cost of the reservation.
